Geoff and Sherry have a great deal of experience coaching leaders in a variety of ministry and non-profit roles. Geoff specializes in coaching pastors who desire to see their churches grow and multiply, while Sherry focuses on coaching women who want to grow in their leadership as well as leading churches and organizations toward a new preferred future based on the StratOps process.

Geoff and Sherry also work together with networks and denominations to create collaborative learning cohorts for 10-50 churches at a time. The Surratts provide coaching in a variety of settings from one-on-one video meetings to deep connections with a church or organization over an extended season. Geoff and Sherry are comfortable speaking in a variety of settings. Geoff has served as teaching pastor at Seacoast Church, Saddleback Church and Southeast Christian Church and has been a guest preacher at many churches across the country. He has also been a speaker at many conferences including the Association of Related Churches Conference, the Orange Conference, ReThink Leadership Conference and the SEND North America Conference.

Sherry has extensive experience speaking in church services, as a keynote speaker at conferences and as a featured workshop speaker. Churches, where she has been a speaker, include Seacoast Church, Restoration Church, and Front Range Church. She has also been featured at the Mothers of Preschoolers International MomCon, the Orange Conference, and the Lifeway National Family Ministry Conference.
