How does coaching with MinistryTogether work?
Once a month you’ll meet with Geoff Surratt online for an hour. How the hour is structured is up to you. You can bring questions, ideas and challenges to the table. You can ask about latest trends and ideas in the broader church world. You can share places you are stuck and want to grow. You are the world’s foremost expert on you and your ministry situation, so you set the agenda.
What if I want some input outside of the one hour coaching call?
When you are in a coaching relationship you are free to email or text questions throughout the month and we’ll get back with you as quickly as possible with answers and suggestions.
How long is the coaching relationship
We prefer to start with a six month agreement and then we can see if a longer term arrangement would be helpful.
How much does it cost?
Leaders typically pay $250 a month for coaching, but we never let money determine ministry. If you can’t pay $250 please contact us and we’ll figure something out that will work for you.
